Novus saddles are on the short side. This one is 256mm long. The L version, which fit in the L3 range of their idmatch program, is 146mm wide and weighs 240g. The S version, pairs with S3 of idmatch, is 135mm wide and weighs 235g.
The foundation of the saddle is TI 316 Tube 7mm round rails. It’s an alloyed steel and titanium that is strong and reasonably light. A carbon composite shell is hung on the rails, featuring a Superflow cutout. This design starts in front with a beveled nose and moves to a full-on, wide opening in the middle.
